Medical Reserve Corps Volunteers Needed

CHD is seeking individuals with all levels of medical experience including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, EMTs. We will also need volunteers who may not have medical experience to assist with the COVID-19 response efforts.

In Ohio...

In Ohio, there are 3,829 hospitalized COVID-19 patients and 943 of those are in the ICU - the highest patient counts Ohio has had during the pandemic and more than double the hospitalizations of previous peaks.

Statewide testing has increased by 43% but positive cases have increased by almost 300% percent in the past month, which tells us that the cause of increasing cases is not just because of more testing.
