ODH has partnered with Professional Data Analysts, the Ohio Breastfeeding Alliance, the Appalachian Breastfeeding Network, and the Cuyahoga County Board of Health to launch a survey on infant feeding experiences of Ohio mothers.
We would like to hear from mothers with a variety of breastfeeding experiences, including those who did and did not breastfeed their youngest child. We are especially interested in hearing from mothers who live in Appalachian Ohio and mothers who identify as Black or African American. Responses will be kept confidential. Vaccinations are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment from 8:30 am-3:30 pm for back-to-school vaccinations. No walk-ins. Please call the Champaign Health District at 937-484-1671 to schedule appointments.
