Share your breastfeeding experience!
Take our survey: bit.ly/ohbfsurvey
Mothers and parents, the Ohio Department of Health wants to hear from you! We want to hear about your experience breastfeeding your youngest child. Your story will help us support breastfeeding parents in Ohio.
We are especially interested in hearing from mothers who live in Appalachian Ohio and mothers who identify as Black or African American. We would like to hear from mothers with a variety of breastfeeding experiences, including those who did and did not breastfeed. By using the term breastfeeding, we are including lactating, chestfeeding, hand expressing, pumping, and bottle feeding.
The survey is open now through October 6th. Your responses will be kept confidential. The survey is administered by Professional Data Analysts, contracted by the Ohio Department of Health and in partnership with the Ohio Breastfeeding Alliance, the Appalachian Breastfeeding Network, and the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
