Effective Today, Thursday, March 19, 2020, all WIC projects are instructed to waive all physical presence requirements for all categories of participants. Certifications and Re-certifications are to be conducted via telephone and only the loading of food benefits on the EBT card should be conducted at the clinic.

Champaign Health District - Essential Services Only
At this time, the Champaign Health District is operating under Incident Command and only essential services are being offered. What is considered an essential service is subject to change daily. The purpose is to limit the amount of traffic in our office and to protect you and our employees.
Vital Statistics & Environmental Services:
• For birth & death certificates that are NOT EMERGENT: Please call us at (937)484-1605 for the record to be mailed to you. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a detailed message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
• For birth and death certificates that ARE EMERGENT, please utilize the office.
• For environmental services including wells, septic systems, food service, plumbing, parks, camps and building reviews: Please communicate with us or a member of our environmental division via e-mail as much as possible at health@champaignhd.com
Please expect some delays.
Nursing Services:
• Immunizations are being done by appointment only. Please call the nursing line at (937)484-1667 to schedule an appointment. This does include flu shots for all ages.
• No walk-ins are being accepted at this time.
• No other clinic services being offered at this time.
WIC Services & Benefits will continue to be issued through our office with the following guidelines:
• Children under 12 months old are NOT to come to WIC appointments.
• Please bring all documents for Re-Certifications.
Home Visits:
• All home visiting has been suspended at this time including newborn and CMH home visits.
