Medication Take Back Day is Saturday Oct. 26, 2019 from 10am-2pm at Urbana Kroger parking lot.
Drive through service- No liquids or inhalers- Sharps accepted

Mobile Mammography Screenings updated dates and locations
To schedule your 3D or 2D mammogram call 937-523-9332. Appointments are approximately 15 minutes. No doctor order needed for screening. Mammograms are covered by most health insurance plans. Check with your insurance provider for exact coverage. No-cost screenings available to those who qualify. When you call to register ask about our financial assistance options. Be sure to bring a photo ID and insurance card with you. Walk-ins welcome but not guaranteed.
Cool Tools For School
CHD staff members Stacey and Alex were happy to attend the Cool Tools For School event on August 14th! This event helped prepare almost 200 children for the 2019-2020 school year!
