First Weeks Postpartum

The first weeks after delivering a baby are a time of emotional adjustment, physical recovery, new routines, and learning about your newborn. This can be overwhelming! Its a time of learning for both parent and baby.

Most new parents will be able to head home 24 to 48 hours after a vaginal birth or two to four days after a c-section birth.
